Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days to cancel an online order. However, there are legal exceptions:

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Where helpful, please send a photo so we can put it right quickly.

4. How to return an item or request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference and what went wrong, and we will guide you through the next steps and confirm the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return postage. For a change-of-mind return of an eligible item, return postage is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
